The wear plates are used mostly in Foundries. These polyurethane lined plates are highly wear and tear resistant. These plates are back bone of automatic sand casting foundry units and it is absolutely necessary that these plates have prolonged life. These plates should take the wear of sand as well as withstand a minimum of 75,000 strokes with no down time else it leads to unnecessary production loss.
